• Academic Credentials: Ph.D. in Yoga Philosophy (University of Mysore), M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy (Mangalore University), Diploma in Yoga & Naturopathy (All India Nature Cure Federation, New Delhi).

• Traditional Authorization: Level II Authorized Ashtanga Yoga Teacher, trained for 6 years under the legendary Paramaguru Shri Sharath Jois in Mysore.

• Philosophical Depth: Bhakti Shastri graduate (ISKCON Mayapur) with focused expertise in the Bhagavad Gitaand classical yogic texts.
