This course is to help people on the path of Sadhana. If you are into chanting of Sanskrit stotras like Vishnu / Lalitha sahasranama etc or performing nityakarmas, poojas or anushtanas, then this course will be beneficial for you.

Importance of Vak-shuddhi:

Vak-shuddhi refers to the purification of speech and communication. It is a crucial aspect for a sadhaka in the process of Chitta-shuddhi ( purification of the inside). Vak-Shuddhi in its entirety aims at achieving a clear, focused, and tranquil state of mind which brings clarity in communication and deeper understanding of the words and their true meanings.

There are three levels of Vak-shuddhi:

Level 1 - Sadhaka Vak-shuddhi (This course):

Here the focus is on purifying speech. The student is assisted in having correct pronunciation of words and being mindful of the words used in life and their meanings and effects.

Level 2 & 3 (Not part of this course):

While level 2 deals with mastery over speech and expression with precision and with clear intention, level 3 aims to achieve the embodiment of divine speech filled with significant vibrational energy that is powerful and is transformative to the listeners.

In this course we will connect with the origin of speech (Vak) within us and understand the connection it has with the vibrational energy which brings the effect of speech upon us and our surroundings. This will be a starting point for you to embody the pure essence of speech in future, pure essence of speech is a profound connection with the supreme brahman and you will communicate from this space as you progress in your respective paths.
