Divine light and potential from the Source is vested in all of us, just like the angel that descends from the Golden lotus [Paramatma] to the Earthly lotus [Jeeva]. Yet Because of circumstances [Unsettled water] we fail to catch a true glimpse of the light within us. 

Hence the only way of finding this light is to look within :)
