In Shakta-deeksha the Guru enters the Shishya’s body through multiple dwaras to establish Tatwasara. With this concept the given painting depicts Manasa-deeksha or the subtle gateway through which the guru works. Like the turtle Mother lays her eggs on the shore and swims away into the sea and intensely meditates upon the eggs, motivating the hatchlings to hatch out of their shell and swim towards her. The guru too subtly motivates disciple enabling a spiritual awakening.
